I was at a meeting today with a dude that I work with and as we were driving back to our office, he asked what I was going to do this weekend. I told him I'd be hitting Hollywood tonight and we'd see from there. He said, "Let me ask you a question, how much smaller are the horses at Tampa Bay Downs compared to the horses that run in the Kentucky Derby?". I said, "What do you mean". He said, "My Dad told me that the horses at Tampa were a lot smaller than the horses in the big races." I said, "Are you serious?" He said, "Yes, my Dad used to own horses." I said, "Your Dad is completely wrong." We finished the drive in silence.

One of the oddest conversations I have had in a long time.

Interesting ride by Mike Smith...

Not complaining, I'll take the higher odds with the 2.

Also, cool Gate Dancer blinks on the 2.

Grace Anatomy sucks. I don't know how much money I've lost on this horse but it's probably approaching 4 figures. I do know I unloaded on her in the BCJF and she sucked there too.

That sounds like a scene out of "Curb Your Enthusiasm." I picture Larry in his Prius with Richard Lewis riding shotgun.

"You're calling my father a liar? Well phuck you, Larry! He was a great horseman!"

Cahokia Downs. Where in the hell is/was that? Sounds like an Indian run racino. Someone told me the more you post, the more prestigious the tracks get. I just graduated from Morris Park. About six tracks ago I was Pimlico. The home of the Preakness! Is Pimlico that far down the race track food chain?

Is she couldn't get it done with those fractions last time out, she probably will have a tougher time tonight with the 4,6,8 maybe all trying to get the lead too.

Exactly, she couldn't close the deal gong 49 and 1. She will be chasing a 46 and change pace today. No chance (famous last words).
