TwinSpires.com is stating that combiatons alive to IWR will receive a consolation payoff

Here is what is posted:

Oaks/Derby Dbl and Oaks/Woodford/Derby P3 winning combinations with I Want Revenge will receive a consolation payout.

I guess when KG asked the question and got a snide remark it turned out o be a valid question
