Thanks phil, Ive been to the oaks the last few years, but only in the infield. The wife was looking for a little more dignified trip this time....

I sat in Section 116 Row K a couple years back for the Derby. Atmosphere is great and you'll definitely want to look nice. Here is the view you'll get.

tiznow, its going to rain, it has rained every year i have gone to the oaks. These seats are under cover which helps a great deal.

Hustle-thanks for the pictures, Looking nice is probably a main reason my wife wants to sit in the stands. I much prefer the infield with shorts, a tee-shirt and a couple of cold beers. However, she needs a reason to buy an overpriced hat and a new dress that she will wear exactly 3 times... Converting my wife into a horse racing fan is not the utopian fantasy i had envisioned
