Collection wasn't too impressive that night, I don't know if the ground didn't suit him or not but he was certainly overbacked IMO.

Ill defend Collection here saying that 1 mile looked a bit too short for him, but I thought he'd have the class to get away with it. 10-12f on quick ground and you'll have the best horse in HK..

I agree, I have been in this guy's corner since his first race at Shatin. I didn't bet him via my account last weekend, I didn't think he would be good value even though I thought he had a good chance. I'm more partial to think he didn't like the ground. He never displayed the impressive turn of foot from his previous races, given the opportunity I wouldn't hesitate to play him next out if there is an opportunity down the line. I'm not sure but HK is winding down soon I believe, stormcat when does the season end?

Last Happy Valley race day is June 24th.
