This is just one more reason for countries to have immigration laws that are obeyed.

Japan checks your temperature when you arrive within their borders, if it's over 100.4 you go to the hospital until you are known to be infectious-disease free.

LOL...Japan is paying their immigrant workers to leave (they have to agree to never try to come back.)
