I was especially intrigued by the Duke coaches strategy speech up 5 with 1:33 to go. Something about a keg party with hookers tonight if they hang on...

I was disappointed that we didn't get to hear Larry Jones cry about the ride after the race first hand. What exactly did he think was going to happen? Tell me again why everyone loves this guy?

Thompson even said in the post parade interview with Bailey that he was either going to be on the lead or near depending on Papa Clem and he was glad he was to the inside so he could make that decision right away, which he did. Bad news is the horse was hurt, good news is they don't have to find another rider to get run down in the stretch because the horse can't get the distance.
