I'm still pretty pissed we can't wager on HK racing anymore. If we could, I wouldn't make a bet on American races.

There is no incentive for TVG to show them. If the customers can't wager, why show the races.
When the LVDC got the rights to HK racing, it essentially ended any participation by North American bettors. No clue why this decision was made.
