No handicapping angle on that one's pp's at all. My only logic for including, I am embarrassed to admit, it is that Ness has very few horses, if any, for Padua, so he is going to be firing his best shot (no pun intended) with this one. It would be a lot easier to toss her if she was in for the tag, but since she isn't I guess she must have some ability. So I think I must include her (that's my warped logic).
