No he didn't. He spoke of his situation, and because he was pro-active about his credit and follows up yearly then he's on top of possible problems.

Despite the constant media blitz about IDT, many folks are ill-advised and unprepared for breaches into credit,medical and SS fraud.

My point here is that I have first hand experience (multiple times) with identity fraud. What Dimmy was saying was incorrect (as usual) and I was curious if he was ever right about anything.
