If you got scooped up, all you had to do was turn in one of your neighbors that had pissed you off... What the purpose of the hysteria was is anybody's guess - all you have to do is watch what happened at Bagram and Abu Ghraib ..... The bonus is the other 90% that weren't terrorists are now.
