You mean the guy who helped obliterate and completely expose your team in the Wild Card round? Good luck with Noodlearm this season. And that Ginn is a hell of a kick returner. He's going to be great returning kicks for you. Wait until you see his kick return abilities.

4 years, 28 million, wow. I think the Bills were willing to go to 6 million a year for 3 years and were the only bidder until the Bengals entered and apparently decided to bid against themselves and overpay.
