If the show drags in some new players then great. Don't think the program was meant for race tracker types. I can't help to not ignore the production tricks.

If you were at Santa Anita or watching the feed yesterday, they announced Jockeys is being renewed and just started shooting season 2. Are they keeping the same jocks? Adding any new ones or losing others? Kinda hoping we don't have to see the breakdown of Blue Exit in the future. I'm gonna guess they'll follow them on the Derby trail and potentially TC. Joe won the Gotham so I'm curious if they sent anybody along for that.

Interesting, I only watched the first episode but this show must be doing very good in the ratings. I say that because they filmed 5 initial episodes and without a blink got out there this past weekend to start filming more to get them to production ASAP as the last one was this past Friday.

Are they going to go to Dubai for filming? Aaron Gryder's gonna be on Well Armed in the Dubai World Cup. Surely following their boy to one of the world's richest races would be huge. I assume the big problems would be getting permission and cost but it's doable. I'd like to see them recut the race call on that one.

Saw some episodes of it today. I think it has some potential. There are a lot of bad shows on television these days and I don't think the show is any worse than most of the crap that I usually see on TV.

I'd have to imagine that they'll bring some new jockeys in for season 2.

I am sure they studied what worked in the first season and what did not work and will make changes to the cast based on that.

I am guessing that we are going to get a very heavy dose of Gomez. Hopefully they have Gryder in Dubai and Talamo on the Derby Trail. Most of all I hope they get rid of those ridiculous re-do race calls by Denman.
