the gainer supplament that I'm taking now is 3,760 calories each day alone - spread over 4 shakes.

Not to mention four meals a day - one of which almost always involving a trip to the Chineese buffet.

The 60 minutes thing might be rough ... but I know I could finish that off and enjoy it if I had two hours to work with. I'm a straight up pig.
