WHO said it was portraying Obama??? A total idiot would feel that he could get away with that portrayal of Obama......more likely that he was trying to point out the IQ of the authors of the stimulus bill

The phenomena of the Political Cartoon is usually not explained, but I could be wrong. Maybe the paper needed to explain it? I don't think I'm hateful at all. Who publishes the cartoon...if syndicated....then more than Murdochs papers would be defending worse cartoons than this one,imho
