The best public (and non-public) handicappers give you the why and the logic and the reasoning behind their analysis. When one sits there and rattles off only what the horse has done in the past, I cringe, because I can read that myself. Give me the outside the box logic and introduce things I haven't considered. The list of those who do this is short.
