LOL!!) or the 2nd best record, they will start off playing an AL central team since the wildcard will most assuredly come from there and the Tigers are the other team with a shot at best record and they can't play a division rival in the first round. Yanks will open at home against the wild card team no matter what happens. Which is great news to me. Any of three will be just fine. Just have to hope then that the other Al Central team takes out Oakland in the first round. Those trips are brutal on teams flying back and forth but its always easier coming east than it is going west. 7 or 8 Pm start times out there are like 10 or 11 oclock start times for the East Coast team. Thats not much fun. Yanks are going to the ALCS, and in all probability the World Series. |
