Dee Tee should seriously consider hiring PerfectMillion as their personal photographer. She is VERY talented...although Sumwon's model posing didn't hurt, haha.

How about we have you do intervals trackside while
she is working? I could help with your training.
We will start your year with a 5K in April. We will have
you running half marathons by summer. Goal setting.

I will expect you to have the basic groundwork foundation
in 1.5 months. 5 mile run every other morning. Feel free to
PM me about the progress. Feet, shins, pelvis, back, any other
issues...

you might want to start with walking the shedrow or the barn aisle here at the farm....baby steps.
