Did anyone else notice that This Ones For Phil was not nominated? Sorry if this has been mentioned somewhere else.

The three-year-olds of 2009 represent a North American crop of 41,115 live foals, which was the largest crop this decade. The percentage of nominated horses is 9.3%, compared with 10.7% last year.
Maybe I am being picky, or missing something, but ....
Doesn't seem like correct math, unless, like I said, I'm missing something..

41,115 live foals, 401 nominees... that is .00975 or .975% horses nominated. ( less than 1 percent )

Ahh, you're right.
Looks like the list on Thoroughbred Times omitted it accidentally.

Quality Road is a strange omission, too. I heard that some horses were omitted from the first list that was released and then added before Sunday. Maybe they missed others?
