LOL. Come on Drugs. You've got to admit that you haven't seen one that has the ability that this one appears to have in a few years. There appears there's nothing he can't do. His first race, he flew to the lead and went 44.51, 55.96 fractions. Finished in 1:07.94 (final 8th in 11.98). Second race, he was content to stalk the leaders through a 44.35 half and he went 1:07.85, 1:13.92. Then this third race, he went to the lead and ran them into submission again. Granted, the pace was not fast at all (48.06, 1:12.15) but that's what made it so wonderful. The way he completely relaxed on the lead in his first route attempt and still finished well was nice to see. It's not too many horses out there that have the kind of speed he has shown that can also relax and carry it a distance.

I was hoping you'd have a good comeback.

He's some horse.

King,

You're points all have merit. But C'mon, that last race was totally uncontested from the first 100 yards. There was other speed in that race and nobody came close to challenging him at all.

I would have liked to have seen him challenged in that race. But even though he wasn't, I loved the way he relaxed on his own so easily. What I know is that he can run 22 and 44 already. It's hard to run 44 and still win going beyond a mile so he was going to have to show that he could be rated and he handled that well. I think he's going to be one of those types that will force the competition to always make a decision. Do you let him alone up and risk not catching him or do you compromise your own chances and go with him? And if you go with him, he's not going to kill himself in a speed duel with you because he doesn't have to have the lead.

Just watched his replays. Very fast, but he carries his head way too high IMO.

He was cross-firing down the stretch.
