it's 11* now and wind chill is 0*. high tomorrow is to be 13* and the wind chill 0* or below.

I live in Southern California. It's about 70 during the daytime. I can't imagine it's less than 35 or so at night.

Unreal....it's 4 degrees here this morning and I just saw some 10yo kid walking around in shorts and flip flops....and he was with his Dad.
