yeah someone could have eatting a chocolate donut and drinking a cup of coffee when they were testing the sample
but maybe 45 nanograms gets you that extra half a length to win  I really don't know how test results are supposed to look like. if you test positive for 45 nanograms does that mean the horse had a lot, a little or the jockey drank a redbull , worked up a sweat and the horse somehow absorbed it through his skin
