Daruty also makes a great point that the Nevada casino consortium is reporting bulk handle figures only, which TrackNet wants detailed by casino.. There is no way for TRPB or similar body to investigate potential shenanigans if patterns can't be identified.

Finally, he notes they started negotiations in February 2008 in order to prevent an 11th hour situation... yet here it is in the 11th hour.
might be a dumb question, but if they're gonna stonewall vegas is this gonna affect the World Series of Handicapping? Not that i'm going or anything
