By the by, when does Racing and Wagering Board create "laws" ?
The only thing that could make a difference is if racing fans who reside in NY state write to their state senator, assemblyman, and governors office explaining the absurdity of the this new rule implemented by the NYSRWB.

There has been nothing but uniform animosity over the RWB's latest contrivance for which they have yet to offer a single legitimate explanation. The ticketsellers have expressed how insulted they are over it as well. This is strictly an example of uninformed political hacks pretending they are affecting some kind of 'change' when they are only tilting windmills over nonexistant problems.

In fact, by doing this, they only make it appear to a generally un-iformed public like there are 'integrity' concerns, (when none exist on this topic), and further alienate real players. Additionally, they also demonstrate that they have no real interest in working with NYRA for the betterment of racing in New York. The RWB is well aware that every time they do something myopic and injurious to the health of the game, but serving of their selfish interests, it gets pinned on NYRA in the twisted rationale of the anti-Association flacks and tin-foil hat crowd.

What makes it even crazier is to think they would waste one minute of time on this with the world crashing down around them. Seems like they would have more important things to do.
