http://cristblog.drf.com/crist/ What a stupid rule, even if it doesn't affect me personally in the least (can't remember the last time I had a valuable ticket I sat on.) Just a waste of time. $300 isn't exactly a lot of money these days... $25 to win on a 12-1 shot crosses the threshold.
