Where's the jock in question? If your innocent, don't ya start telling anyone who will listen? Like I said, this is not a case where nobody is guilty at all. The most you can hope for is they let him go out there with a whip(but not use it,) and not tell the stewards. That's not much better. Somebody needs a suspension for this situation. WTF is the matter with people that are so accepting of them ....having a whip.....not using it......not telling stewards they were gunna do that? That's o.k. with you? Not me.

Thanks for posting the YouTube link ... that's the ride they are getting so upset about? If they are going to freak over that, they ought to look at the 6, too.

Yeah I remember that ride...Good for Simon, too bad the bettors of the race can't get their money back. If only the public knew what the instructions to Simon were before the race, he would have gone off double his odds I suspect.

I thought the entire race looked a little odd. Would 1:27 be about right for that race?

How many horses go off with "no whip?" Is that noted in the drf or simulcast programs when it happens?

Did anyone see Rosario's ride on Wall Street Wonder in Hollywood's 7th race yesterday? It looked to me as if he wrapped him up after the horse bore out from the left hand whip in the stretch and lost 2nd place at the wire.
I could give him the benefit of the doubt as he was part of a three horse speed dual but it really looked to me as though he could've saved 2nd place with just a tad bit more urging approaching the wire.
