Three Chimneys Farm owner Robert Clay announced Dec. 5 that inaugural Breeders' Cup Classic (gr. I) winner and prolific stallion Wild Again was euthanized earlier in the day due to the infirmities of old age. He will be buried in the stallion cemetery located next to the main stallion barn at the farm near Midway, Ky.

12 year old Toulouse-Lautrec (IRE), who was 2nd at Exeter today (Axminster Carpets Devon Marathon Handicap Chase)...


Toulouse-Lautrec, who returned from a layoff with a solid effort over hurdles earlier in the month, stayed on dourly to finish runner-up in this event for the second occasion. He sadly died shortly after the race, however.
