The racing secretary at Gulfstream is Doug Bredar... he was at LAD the past two seasons and is cautiously optimistic. He understands some of the challenges (Fair Grounds purse increase) but has a large horse base to tap into and has received very positive feedback on his first book. Gulfstream will do okay this year I would say.
