I agree. I believe Taxi Fleet should have come down after that brutal wack job on Hoist the Sail. It all boils down to if it cost the other horse a position.

Harlem Rocker coming in on Tale of Ekati cost him the 1s place position since TOE was gaining ground on the inside. Hoist the Sail was running even or losing ground but nonetheless was hit hard by some careless riding
