Thats quite a statement. Do you think he was just talking about the dirt? I am anxious to see what David Junior does over here.

No... think he was talking out-right talent.....Obviosuly, it is hard to compare dirt and turf horses...you can only go by the percieved talent dynamic because they'll never face comparble competition in comparable scenarios....

Hurricane Run, Deep Impact, and...., maybe Gorella. Most of the world doesn't run on dirt, so how can dirt horses be the best in the world?

I agree a little with hurricane run, but comon....I think it is clear that bernardini and maybe Discreet Cat are just different kinds of animals...I mean NOBODY has even challenged these horses yet in their last 9 races!!!

..these two are pretty freakin talented...you can't compare turf and irt horses for obvious reasons, but yiou can compare talent i believe - and Bernardini and Discreet cat are more talented than anything else in training in my opinion....not even sure f it is even a question in my mind...

When the Sheikh said that after the race you could hear Randy Moss on ESPN- who must not have known that his mic was on saying, "Three best horses in the world" in a questioning sort of way like he disagreed. I agree with him. Bernardini's clearly up there but needs to beat the rest of the best horses to totally prove it, Henny Hughes just plain isn't, and no matter how impressive Discreet Cat was on Friday, it was still an allowance optional claiming race- no matter how much he beat the field by and how fast his time was. I'm not saying that he's definitely not a top horse, but let's see him in a Grade 1.

AHHHHHH! Bold Fraud again bashes someone he/she disagrees with.
Such a troll! SUCH A F*CKIN' TROLL!!!!!
Notice......never puts out a pick. Never posts anything in "selections".
No contests either.
Bold Fraud is the greatest authority of anything he can cut and paste from the townhall site. Otherwise, he's the greatest "authority" on everything!
Ask him about breeding, ask him about capping....he's again proven that he's only here to find the attention that his bitter, pathetic life demands.
It amazes me that people still respond to his posts. That only feeds his "attention seeking behavior".

Bold Fraud, I know you have me on ignore. You had to do that because you don't want to face the truth that I say. Maybe someone will hit the quote button and you get a chance to read this. Until then, just keep picking up those bottles and cans for the deposits, go to the library to use the computer you can't afford, raid the restrooms for paper towels so that you can go to the "wind shield" jobs, and go back to your refigerator box under the bridge. Life might get better for you if you stop showing what a pathetic attention seeker you have become.
If I was you, I'd run to the Salvation Army to get a blanket before the good ones are dished out...winter's coming Bold Fraud. You have other things to consider besides bashing people for expertise in areas you lack, like trying to stay warm in your refrigerator box. I can't help that you're pathetic.
Time for you to admit it.

Most of the world plays soccer.- Our best athletes don't play soccer.

I don't think it is fair to compare sprinters , turfers etc.. it's all completely different. I like it when people get all excited about a 1st timer AP Indy sired horse running MSW at 6f. ( or some otehr regally bred route horse ) More money for the guy who finds the best bred 1st timer for 6f not 1 1/8+

I say we decide who the best horses are by money.
Top money winners are the best.

For me, I really don't care who the best horse is. People were proclaiming that Bernardini is better than Secretariat yesterday. ???

ok, and that means what exactly?
