![]() One logistical problem:
Since the "wiretaps" in question were actually listening over-the-air to conversations where one party was outside of the U.S., how do you get a warrant and serve that warrant to the individual outside the U.S? This does not even take into account the fact that the conversation may last only a few minutes and it takes hours to get an explicit warrant. Of course warrants are rightfully sought in 99% of criminal investigations, but what do you do in this case? |
