That's the last website you should rely on for accuracy. While I'm at it I've sent them at least 8-10 emails in the last 12 months with questions, concerns, or suggestions about their website and didn't receive a response on any of them.

I even tried to open an NYRA one account during the Belmont spring meet. I sent in an application with a check. I had to call and ask the status of the account and the response I got was that their mail goes to Aqueduct.

The account is still not open.
