Jockey E Saint-Martin was found guilty of a charge of misconduct in that following the running of Race 8 at the Happy Valley racemeeting held on Sunday 19 October 2008, he did, whilst mounted on LUCKY WINNER as he returned to the mounting enclosure, make an inappropriate gesture in the vicinity of the media [Rule 155(5)]. For this breach, E Saint-Martin was fined $10,000. Ooops!
