Wow. What a shocker! A TVG sucks thread. It's Christmas morning for horseplayers kids. Can't we have just one day of peace?

still would rather be watching the actual bc races on tvg or hrtv.

Agreed. ESPN coverage sux! Bores the hell out of me, until the race is being run my dial is on TVG, because that is all I have on Direct TV. Hope they merge at some point, or the NFL package switches to DISH.

that's all i want/need. life would be perfect if that were to happen. it's my only complaint about dish.

Go to a sports bar for the 17 Sundays in the fall. With DISH you get both racing channels all year. No reason to get Direct TV.

There could not be a worse place to spend an NFL Sunday than a sports bar. Bunch of drunken tools in their team jerseys yelling at a TV...all at once. The cacophony of retards is enough to drive anyone away.

I just think Tom isn't fond of some of the stuff he considers childish (like a 40 year old man yelling MIK-EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYY!!) Since the days of Howard Cosell's monkey mistake, it's best to avoid that word(and he did apologize if it was taken a way he didn't intend it to be taken.)
