They cited oversaturation of the stud market as the reason to bring him back. I think the same thing happened with Mass Media.

I was at Santa Anita when he won that turf race that day, it was a great turn of foot. I had heard they were gonna retire him after that race, but they were so encouraged buy it, they kept him in training.

they decided way back when not to retire him, and then an injury. he's a good horse, it's a shame he keeps having problems of one kind or another. read the other day about their plans for him the rest of the year. hope he does well...and stays in one piece.

He won that turf race because he was allowed to lope along on an easy lead. Thats all. The jockeys fell asleep at the wheel. People called Tin Man's victory lucky, you ought to watch this replay. Talk about lucky.

If he wins on Saturday, maybe Ole Ken Ramsey will do that victory dance of his like he did in Dubai when Roses in March won.

I remember how much I liked this one before the Derby a few springs back. Too bad he continues to get hurt because I think he had some real talent.

By the way i watched a few races in the racing office next to your main man. he was not all pleased with a few rides he got. One thing I love about that guy, he hates losing. People who hate to lose tend to accomplish more things than people who don't.
