I end up doing the same freakin thing. I don't have to go before the shower, but not 2 minutes after I get out I am running towards the bowl. My wife asks me all the time, Why didn't you go before you went in the shower? (duh, like why the F didn't I think about doing that ) And I tell I didn't have to go, and then she just looks at me like she looks at my 5 year old and shakes her head.
