No I said I was FEMA certified for disaster response, that doesn't mean I would ever want to respond again under FEMA.
They are a perplexing entity and just f'n idiots.

So you say to FEMA officials I have some supplies to move and I need a pass to get in, they would say don't tie up your horse in flood and think they made a good decision and gave you an excellent response.

Geez they couldn't find their way to Houma, LA (an hour out of NOLA) after Gustav, never mind there is an interstate to get there, and apparently had a difficult time locating Houston the 4th largest city in the US.
