McCain's ties to Nazi's and death squads

I think a problem I might have is separating mainstream Republicans with right-wing extremists. I'm way to the left of mainstream Dems, I guess, so I'll try to give a chance to all who aren't outside the middle ground area

If I go a bit more to the Left, I 'll start to come back around the circle toward Republican conservatism. I really like Ron Paul's message quite a bit, just don't think he's the right message carrier.

Im probilby more a Libertarian than anything , but there is no third party so a vote in that direction is wasted in my opinon.
I liked John McCain when I lived in Arizona , the reason I liked him was because no matter what, weather it was what his party thought was right, or not he stood by what he believed.
He is right on about lowering corporate taxes as we are the 8th highest charging nation in the world and some of our European friends have wised up to this and lowered their corporate taxes. Corporations will never just eat more taxes , they will pass it on to you and I or they will just leave this country and takes the jobs with them and make their products somewhere else.
Im all for change also because the last eight years have been really screwed up but I really feel that Obama is not the man who is going to bring about the change I want.

so, do you think the mccain who ran and won the nomination in '08 is the same mccain who ran and lost in '00? i don't. he's changed in many ways to appeal to the neo cons who didn't want him eight years ago.

But perhaps the most revealing of McCain's flip-flops was his promise, made at the beginning of the year, that he would "raise the level of political dialogue in America." McCain pledged he would "treat my opponents with respect and demand that they treat me with respect." apparently that is now off, as the 'gloves are off' according to him. he's unleashed his attack pit bull--apparently she took off her lipstick...the last acts of a desperate man i guess.

and if you think mccain will bring about whatever change you're seeking, i would have to say that you'll be a long time waiting. i don't think obama is ready, but i think mccains time has come and gone. and i sure don't think palin is ready to take over if necessary.
i told my husband that a lot hinged on who mccain would choose for his running mate. he BLEW IT. he chose a pol with as little experience as his opposition. that argument of not being ready no longer flies. actions speak louder than words do, and mccain blew it with his choice. he chose someone who is as much a neophyte politically, if not more so, than obama. obama, regardless of what you might think of his career, has been groomed for this run for several years now, while palin is a new born babe. and it shows.
i'm not happy with either ticket. but i think i've made my choice.
