it's not that the teams are all tough-they're beatable. but attrition on the other hand.....that's what makes it tough from week to week.
lsu squeaks by miss st, again. miss state has only managed to beat the bengals one time in 19 meetings. lee is on the improve, but some improvement to be made. now scott is a workhorse, only guy to put up over 100 yards rushing at auburn (last week) and over 100 today. the bama/lsu game ought to be good. lsu with a bye next week, to prep for the gators at the swamp. i picked bama to win today, and got some grief for it-hehe.

The best thing that happened is KY beat LSU last year and Miss beat Fl this week. Saban will use that to get the troops ready. I pray LSU and Alabama are both undefeated and bama beats them. Tom Amoss will never be the same... |

alabama is now ranked #2, its highest ranking since 1993. i would argue they should have moved up to the top spot, since they beat a tougher opponent than oklahoma did in meeting tcu. i mean, if the people making these rankings really believe in them, why do they ignore a defeated opponents ranking when they vote?!
lsu #3, followed by missouri and texas. penn state up to #6. usc fell to 9th-which bolsters my argument. if 1 can fall to 9, why can't #9 climb to #1??
