Let me correct myself..if I may. I think the proposal said the 430 would be an average.....between singles and families. Not each person between 18-60.
I would attach a rider saying the mortgage company gets paid off first...the rest to the people.I didn't do the Dimmy on this,but the guy said the cost would be around 280 billion if I recall. It sounds good,but since we didn't cut RICO deals with the feds they won't do it.
