It's the same thing firing a coach now. Bring in a guy 3 weeks into the season and install a new system. Basically they are waiving the white flag less than a quarter of the way into the season.

not really like firing a coach. make the front office change now, to start to set up your next draft. your scouts are looking at players now, they have to make recommendations to whoever to take the team in the next direction.
