Nice meet for James Dodgen.

9:2 on his fourth winner in five starts ( with a second by a head at 16:1 ).

Tough horse to like.....but when you're hot you're hot......I guess.

Scratches killed me today. Only $26 of my original $60 went into play.. Oh well, more to play with tomorrow.

When I saw all the scratches I thought a monsoon must have blown through.

By the way, the ML maker there is a real comedian. 15:1 on the 12 in the 8th. Yeah, she looked 15:1. Of course, compared to the 7:2 on the Wesley Ward layover last Monday, that paid $2.60, that was actually a reasonable guess.

I agree. The first few times I thought I was missing something, then I realized the morning lines are terrible.

I told the GM that my 2yo daughter would be available to make the Morning Lines next year.

KD - Tues 9/23

Bankroll = $42

R3 - $1 Tri Key 8 /1 2 5 = 6

R5 - $1 Tri Box 2 5 8 9 = $24

R6 - $1 Tri Box 1 4 6 = $6

R7 - $1 Tri Key 4 / 1 7 11 = $6

Unable to make changes today. If there are any scratches, I'll put the rest of the balance on #4 to win in Race 7.

Good Racing Luck

I assumed he was a guy who pointed a few for this meet and got it done. Good for him. Has one reasonably short priced horse in today.

Dont know the guy personally, JMO from afar.
He may be the worst trainer ever. I dont know.

Even John Kimmel can get on a hot streak.

I agree with your assumption. He was 2 for 2 last year, and I think he won over 50% of his races @ KD in '06. His stock always run good in Franklin.

Yep. Back-2-Back wins in that race.
How much was his price inflated because it wasn't one of his last 12 races on the pp's, which is what is used in the DRF and Equibase programs??
