Basically you want me to do it for you. I might be bored, but not that bored. Look, I tried to explain it and the book does a very good job of going slow and explaining it. Just read the part where he explains how to put the plays together. Start with 4A's, then 3A's and a B and so on and so on. You have to decide how much you want to invest, which means you can't always play every combination like a caveman allows. That's about all I have the energy to do.
