Plug in your picks and then follow what he says. Start out with 4A's. Then go with 3A's and a B. So take your A's from the first 3 races and then your B from the last. Seriously, play a caveman until you understand it better. There is no magic way of doing things, but I think his is the best way for the type of wagering I do. it might be different for you. Play how you are most comfortable.

alright !! is this system the best/ONLY way to go, clearly caveman does not work well, but is there anything else i can try ?

I don't know man. There are plenty of people here that make a living doing this stuff and they have their own system. there isn't one set system and no guarantees no matter how much work you put in. Caveman can work. I'm sure there are plenty of people here playing caveman tickets that do quite well. Crist's system works best for ME, which is why I play that way most of the time. Just figure out what works best for you and roll with it.

i am having a hard time figuring things out, i am sick of playing pick 3/4 hitting 2/3 and 3/4 and feeling like im handicapping great but never cashing, every saturday i seem to be down at the end of the day
