All went well, although the surgeon told him the bladder was completely "dead" and very infected.."one of the worse he has seen" A lot of infection around the area and they are a little concerned about the liver but feel the antibiotics should take care of it.

It was the less invasive procedure that DocICU described and he may go home tomorrow or Thursday.

It's really great that when someone is in need here that the board rises to the occasion....I am sure Tom is touched by that. Positive vibes like this thread actually do help people get better faster...
