God, I hate Vision D'Etat.. He has pipped me from so much money the last 2 starts - I am sick of him..

Zarkava cruised to win.. She's a superstar but will get a proper test in the Arc.

As good as she is and she is very good, my only critique of her race was will she have anything left for the Arc?

I like the comments of Vision D'Etat, only 85% cranked for the prep, would prefer softer ground, off a 3 1/2 month layoff....He's got an upside to him.

Vision D'Etat certainly looks good enough to win the Arc.. Looking at the prospective field, I have a fair few negatives for each one, but putting a gun to my head now, and assuming good ground, New Approach (12-1) and Schiaparelli (33-1) would be the two id want to be with.

He's not eye catching but he seems to get the job done, his race in The Jockey Stks Gr.1 available for anyone to see on youtube if they want was more substance than flash. What do you think of Fabre's other horse Get Away?
