I did too, setting some strong fractions and cruising home, margin of victory wasn't huge but it looked to me like KD had it measured pretty well and didn't get after him late.
Unfortunately there's a lot of people on here drinking the haterade on him and probably would disagree on principle alone. FYI I bet against him today, incorrectly

I am hardly a member of the BB adoration club but he ran really well under less than ideal circumstances against a legit field of older horses on a surface he hadnt run over in a long time. Obviously you couldnt take that price but the effort was strong.

"Except for his last race, the Haskell, I've never asked him to break," Desormeaux said. "Today when the gates opened, I chirped at him and he responded. It made a huge difference going into that first turn when that other horse (Get Serious) left his side. When that happened, he focused and calmed down.

"I think he showed you what kind of heart he's got. When Proudinsky did get to his neck, I knew we had him. My horse just resurged and kept digging all the way to the wire."

Kent gets an "A" for his grammar today

The IEAH-Jess Jackson back and forth is becoming so tedious, it's not funny. Just had to throw that out there.
