Since Lava Man is so much better than he was last year, I am giving him a shot to do well on the East Coast if he comes over. Maybe not win, but do well. Bernardini is most likely going to crush them all anyway.

There are only three horses that are in the top tier of Grade I classic division races right now. They are Bernardini, Invasor, and Lava Man. I'm not even sure how good Invasor is since he could barely hold off Sun King (although Sun King seems to be improving greatly). Flower Alley would have been included in this, but I think the horse is finished.

KYroses,
If this horse ever wins in the East I will wash your ****** car. Or mow your ****** lawn. he came east last year and got slapped around like a red headed stepchild. I really see no reason why it would be different this year. And once again I say, Good Reward? He beats Good Reward and we are supposed to fall to our knees and praise him?

Lava Man will not run in the money in the BC Classic. Guaranteed. You can save this for later if you like.

I like Zieg and I don't wanna see her die, if she took that bet she would definitely die.
Noone here talking smack will actually have the guts to make a real bet about him winning in the East. Its because they know inside that he came East last year and got absolutely demolished, and that the same thing will happen again this year. None of them will make a real bet on this, they know better.

I'll be on millionnaires row and if he wins the race I promise i'll jump off the ****ing balcony. It'll make the national news.

It just amazes me how people can get excited over an even money horse winning a race. Unless they hit the exotics a few times I fail to see what was so great about the race.

Lava Man is a lot better than he was last year. He won't ever win a Grade I on the East Coast because he rarely comes East to race and this year he will be facing a superhorse in the BC Classic. He hasn't just beat Good Reward this year who was obviously cranked for this race. He has also crushed both Seek Gold and Perfect Drift. I really didn't expect the horse to win this race because he had all the excuses in the world. A horse can rarely do what he has done this year even if it was all on the West Coast. Also, most horses wouldn't have won that Hollywood Gold Cup race after all the adversity he faced. His scenerio reminds me a little bit of Seabiscuit's. He had excuses last year as to why he didn't run well on the East Coast and he really is a heck of a lot better horse this year. Don't count Lava Man out when he comes East. I don't think he will win, but he may make some noise.

No need to be sorry, it just goes to show you that my risk might not be as great as yours.

But see, there's a problem with that...

Nobody gives two s hits if you kill yourself, so why gamble something that nobody cares about?

Still didn't answer the question...

I think it's ridiculous you'd be willing to bet your own life that a horse finishes off the board in the BC Classic. Unbelievable...

And Saint Liam got slapped around in California last year... but thats right, the East Coast horses always have a built in excuse, the tracks, blah blah blah. Lava Man had a hard campaign when he ran in New York last year, see he actually races, not like those coddled babies in the barn like that pea-hearted pansy Flower Alley, who of course was givien a pass for his gutless reality check last race. Look Lava Man may not be the best horse in the country right now, I think Bernardini is a potential monster, Invasor looks good as well, but how people can sit here and through water in Lava Mans face after what he has accomplished this year is insane, if he waa an East Coast horse everyone would be handing him the Eclipse, but Lava Man only gets tomatoes thrown at him. I think at this point in time right now, he deserves to be consided the top enchilada, simply put NO HORSE has done as much as he has!!!!!
