I'm not blaming Clinton for the terrorist attacks happening.. I'm blaming him for not doing anything. He could have prevented a lot.. and he at least could have pointed us in the right direction to deal with those Terrorist B1tches!
I like what Clinton did with Bin Laden better than Bush. Neither of their plans captured or killed Bin Laden.
Its just that with Clinton we didnt spend a trillion not to catch him.
