Yeah -- I guess depending on what you call "halfway decent", but I would consider it to be so...

In the clubhouse there's a bar area with plenty of TVs and some tables to sit at -- that's a nice area. And the grandstand also has a couple of areas with tables and TVs.

Not plush by any means -- but OK for playing simulcast races.

As far as comparing it to Tioga -- I've never been to Tioga. If I was to guess however -- from reading about Tioga and seeing PPs in the Saratoga harness program -- I'd put Scarborough perhaps a rung down the ladder.

Back in the 60's, they had the runners their. Purse money was 200-500. Good old fair runners, who had more drugs in them than you could shake a stick at.

went there in the 80's, between grateful dead shows, they were at oxford speedway at the time. being from saratoga it looked like the horses break all the time, but theres never a foul called. its a dump, killed my buzz.
