I listen to the show now and then, I included Shakis on my Pick 3 - 4 tickets because I happened to listening that day to Steve Crist. That was a rare gem, however I'm not sure if the show helps that much in all honesty, it seems almost every horse is named at times and that sort of defeats the purpose of singling out a horse you like. It is entertaining though.

That reminds me of a few weeks ago when I was listening to one of the weekend radio shows from Del Mar and the host had three different guests on who gave their top selections from the same race. They gave three different horses. The next morning, the host was saying "if u listened to our show yesterday, we gave that one to you." Classic.
